I bought my apartment nearly 8 years ago from Susan Holly, I found her ethical very knowledgeable about this building and living in it, and I have not been disappointed.
The building and facilities have been managed well for many years under David Williams Owners Corporation Management business. He built a team of engaging contractors that were knowledgeable about the building, and teamed well to build a great vibe around the place. It's comforting when you see the people looking after the building, looking happy in their work.
While there are always a few critics around, I have always felt that the Chevron building was well run under his guidance. Especially, compared to the stories I have heard other buildings experience.
David and Susan ran independent successful businesses for many years. Combining their businesses a couple of years ago into Holly & Williams has seen them go from strength to strength.
Holly & Williams actually have the "care" factor that Owners and residents alike need in professionals.
