Susan is easily one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. She managed my rental amazingly and could not have been better in terms of communication and understanding when it came to all facets of the process. She even went over and above and assisted me in dealing with a troublesome tenant in another property I had (that was not under her management at the time as it was far away) and I will honestly be so forever grateful for her assistance in this as it was a really tough situation at the time. I can’t recommend her highly enough - if you are looking for a real estate agent make sure you contact her!

We have known David Williams as the OC manager and the manager of our property for the past 11 years. Holly & Williams, Susan and Jose were a pleasure to work with, both when buying our apartment and then having them put it on the rental market. They were professional and honest and nothing was a problem. We were in regional Victoria so most correspondence was by email and we had no hesitation in leaving our apartment in their capable hands. Jose managed to vet perfect tenants and was regularly in touch and provided detailed photos of our apartment after each inspection. Cannot recommend them enough. I have been with them for about a year or so, and during this time, I had absolutely no problem. Extremely professional, punctual, polite and helpful. Had a problem with a leak in the ceiling, they got it sorted out in no time, even with an unexpected and unrequested compensation for the inconvenience caused. My emails always were answered in a very timely manner, and the communications in general was outstanding. Best property manager I have come across in many years. As everybody knows, dealing with most property managers is not fun at all, but I had a great and exceptional experience with them. I don't usually post reviews online, but given the the service I received, and outstanding experience I had, specially compared with all the other property managers and real estate agents, I felt obligated to make them stand out.

James Waters, Strata Manager from Holly & Williams, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always available to help dealing with contractors around our property and does it with ease. As ours was a new build, we have encountered quite a few problems caused by the builders in our first 12 months. James and the team at Holly and Williams are fantastic. I recently engaged James to check the Owners Corporation Certificates for a property I was about to purchase - he found a number of items overlooked by my conveyancer and saved me from buying a property with huge risks. Robert and David were great too, taking the time to explain various things I didn't understand until I was absolutely comfortable. When I eventually purchase a property I'd love for the Owners Corporations to be managed by Holly and Williams as they are friendly, easy to deal with and highly knowledgeable.

I recently bought an apartment through Holly Prestige. Susan Holly was the most helpful, down to earth real estate agent I have dealt with. She made herself available for all my inquiries and made the purchase so easy to finalise. I really appreciate the time and effort she went to to ensure that my apartment was commercially cleaned and there was also champagne waiting for me after settlement. Given the speculative talk around the inner Melbourne apartment market, we were understandably anxious about selling our St Kilda Road apartment. Being the research type we carefully researched comparable sales figures both within our complex and within the precinct. When we plotted these figures quantitatively it became apparent that Susan had achieved more outlier sales figures (above or at the very top end of market rate) than any other agent.

Not withstanding this, we met with and sought appraisals from a number of well regarded agents of larger agencies in the area. It was shocking how wildly the appraisals differed - from those who were clearly trying to buy our business with ridiculously unrealistically high appraisals to those who were completely undervaluing our apartment. What was also shocking was the lack of understanding some of these agents demonstrated when it came to asking what they felt was the best sales strategy for our apartment. Despite almost every apartment that had been to auction in the previous two years in our complex passing in, almost all of them still suggested this strategy.

Susan, on the other proposed a very logical marketing strategy for our apartment and demonstrated a clear understanding of who our buying demographic were - and most importantly, she had recent sales figures to back up her pitch. In the end, we went with Susan and were thoroughly astounded at her attention to detail, communication and ultimately the sales price she achieved. We have since recommended her to every one of our friends looking to sell or lease out an apartment in within an inner Melbourne locality.
