Susan has extensive experience in the sale of Melbourne residential property specialising in the CBD, St Kilda Rd, Southbank & inner suburbs. A passionate advocate for the lifestyle benefits of medium to high density living she thrives on the energy of inner city living and has an intimate knowledge of the hidden laneways and secret rooftops which make Melbourne such an exciting place in which to live, work and play.
With a background in interior design, Susan's clients gain the benefit of her professional expertise in this area to ensure their properties are styled and presented for optimal results. Her attention to detail ensures that every component of the sale is personally supervised.
Having worked for two of the largest agencies in the CBD, she made the decision to establish her own agency in 2012 to ensure she could provide her clients with the personalised service so often lacking in larger agencies
Over her many years in the industry she has built up a large client base of very happy vendors and purchasers whom she assists to find the perfect inner urban home and to build wealth through property.
Susan has four children who have all enjoyed the benefits of being educated in the city at The Victorian College of The Arts and Wesley College and are all currently furthering their studies at Melbourne Universities. She and her adult children enjoy being active members of Melbourne's thriving arts and classical music scene.
